
1 can of sweeten condensed oat or coconut milk (most are around 12oz give or take an ounce)
1 bag of shredded coconut (14-16 oz bag – sweetened or unsweetened both work it will taste more like the name-brand candy bar if you use sweetened)
1 half cup of almonds, give or take. Or leave out if you want Mounds bars
1 cup of vegan chocolate chips, probably half a bag is all you need, melted in the microwave with 2tbsp-1/4cup of plant milk. Microwave 30 seconds, stir, repeat until melted.
Mix the condensed milk and coconut. Spread it out in an 8×8 pan–use a smaller pan if you like it thick or a bigger one if you like it thin. Place the almonds in neat rows across the top. Poor melted chocolate over the top and spread it out evenly. Place it in the freezer to set. After an hour or so, before they’re completely frozen, chop them into bars–whatever size you like.

I never completely coat them. Chocolate on top is enough for me and my fam. We store them in the freezer and eat on it for months.
